Abstract:
The present invention relates to an iron oxide nanocomposite, a magnetic resonance imaging T2 contrast medium comprising same, and a method for manufacturing same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the iron oxide nanocomposite having a structure in which a ferromagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles, which are covered with a surfactant, is capped with a polyethylene glycol-phospholipid, the magnetic resonance imaging T2 contrast medium comprising same, and the method for manufacturing the iron oxide nanocomposite and the magnetic resonsnce imaging T2 contrast medium comprising same.
