Abstract:
In the present invention, a jacking point 13 is formed, by casting, on a lower section of a housing 16 of an electric motor 11 mounted in a vehicle 10. A base section 13a of this jacking point 13 comprises: a jacking point surface 20 that is initially raised by a jack device; and side contact surfaces 22a–22d that are formed on the periphery of the jacking surface 20.
