Abstract:
A joint manufacturing method having a step A for preparing a laminate (10) in which two objects to be joined are provisionally joined via a heat-joining sheet (40) having a pre-sintering layer, a step B for increasing the temperature of the laminate from equal to or below a first temperature defined below to a second temperature, and, following step B, a step C for keeping the temperature of the laminate within a predetermined range, the laminate being pressurized during at least a portion art of step B and during at least a portion of step C. The first temperature is the temperature at which the organic components contained in the pre-sintering layer are reduced by 10 wt% when a thermogravimetry measurement of the pre-sintering layer is performed.
