In a welding structure in which a gap is formed by a pump body and a functional component, since the gap is a closed space, air having expanded by the effect of heat during welding shoves a back bead of the weld, and this makes the shape of the back bead unstable (causing underfill) and increases variations in weld strength. The present invention has a structure wherein: a fitting portion is formed adjacent to a gap surrounded by a weld and a discharge joint which is connected to the interior of a pump body, the fitting portion being a portion where the pump body and the discharge joint mate with one another at a position different from the weld; a second space that is open to the atmosphere is provided on the opposite side from the gap; a first flow path is formed, the first flow path being connected to the second space at a position overlapping the fitting portion in the radial direction; and a second flow path is formed, the second flow path being connected to the first flow path and the gap and being formed in the pump body or the discharge joint in the circumferential direction.
