Abstract:
Provided is a junction box, comprising a front box body, a door plate and a rear box body. The front box body comprises a front plate, a first side plate and a second side plate; the front plate, the first side plate and the second side plate are all rectangular, a front side of the first side plate and a front side of the second side plate are respectively vertically connected to the left side and right side of the front plate, and an opening is formed in the front plate; one side of the door plate is rotatably connected to one side of the opening so as to open and close the opening; the rear box body comprises a back plate, a top plate, and a bottom plate; the back plate, the top plate and the bottom plate are all rectangular, and a rear side of the top plate and a rear side of the bottom plate are respectively vertically connected to the upper side and lower side of the back plate; wherein, the front box body and the rear box body are each integrally formed, and the front box body and the rear box body are assembled into a rectangular body via welding. The manufacturing process of the front box body and rear box body does not require welding, and welding is only required during assembly, thus greatly reducing weld seams on the box body, thereby effectively solving the problems of long welding time, weld points being difficult to clean, ease of deformation and poor sealing effect.
