Abstract:
Disclosed are a Kegel training method and system, a Kegel training interaction method and system (300), and a computer-readable storage medium (400). The Kegel training method comprises: receiving, by means of a mobile device (200), one or more switch signals of a Kegel trainer (100), wherein the Kegel trainer (100) acquires a Kegel training event to generate the one or more switch signals; and executing a preset control mechanism of the mobile device (200) according to the one or more switch signals. The present invention has the beneficial effects that by providing a trigger switch (6) that can accept external pressing, a user can control the working of a vibration motor (3) by pressing the trigger switch (6) by means of body muscles when performing Kegel training; therefore, not only is the working of the vibration motor (3) conveniently controlled, but the body muscles are also exercised, thereby improving the effect of the Kegel training. Moreover, the structure is simple, the use is convenient, and the practicability is strong.
