Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a non-ester-type tea polyphenol rich in EGC, the method comprising: subjecting crushed and wall-broken tea leaves to enzymatic hydrolysis by using endogenous hydrolase at the content thereof in the tea leaves themselves, leaching the tea leaves after enzymatic hydrolysis, filtering and concentrating the leaching liquid, then refining and purifying same by means of mobile extraction-water washing, and concentrating and drying the purified product to obtain a non-ester-type tea polyphenol product rich in EGC, the tea polyphenol content being 90-99.5%, the EGC content being greater than 80%, and the content of ester-type catechin EGCG+ECG being 10% or less. By means of the preparation method for the non-ester-type tea polyphenol rich in EGC of the present invention, no exogenous hydrolase is added, thereby avoiding exogenous hydrolase contamination in the product; and in addition, the EGC content is high, the production process is simplified, and the product yield is high, which are beneficial for industrial production.
