Abstract:
Provided are a miniaturizable tool and an analysis method using same capable of analyzing a target in a sample with a simple operation. A syringe-type chip serves as a chip for analysis having a syringe main body and a piston that is inserted in the interior of the syringe main body, the distal end of the syringe main body being openable, and the piston being hollow with the end on the side inserted into the syringe main body being closed, the other end being open, and the closed end being light transparent. A device for analysis includes a main body case, a heating part, a light source part, and a detection part; the main body case being a housing; the housing having an insertion opening through which the syringe-type chip is inserted and a gap part that communicates with the insertion opening, with the end part on the opposite side of the insertion opening in the axial direction being a bottomed part; the heating part being a heating part for heating the syringe-type chip; the light source part being a light source part for projecting light on the syringe-type chip; the detection part being a columnar body insertable in the hollow interior of the piston, and disposed in the bottomed part of the housing in the axial direction. During use, the syringe-type chip is inserted in the device for analysis from the piston side, and the detection part of the device for analysis is inserted in the piston of the syringe-type chip.
