Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a kitchen waste pretreatment technology apparatus. The apparatus comprises an oil-water separation portion and a squeezing and cleaning portion, wherein support legs I are symmetrically and fixedly connected to two sides of the squeezing and cleaning portion, and the oil-water separation portion is fixedly connected right below the support legs I. Kitchen waste can be compressed by means of the squeezing and cleaning portion to separate liquid components from the kitchen waste and to clean, collect and discharge compressed solid components; the compressed liquid components flow into the oil-water separation portion, and by means of the oil-water separation portion, oil-water separation treatment can be performed on the liquid components generated by means of compression, so as to separate oils and fats therefrom; and the oils and fats converge and flow out in a liquid state through a flow passage, and thus, the oils and fats are collected and recovered.
