The lactobacillus crispatus strain is lactobacillus crispatus LG55-27 obtained by screening, and the lactobacillus crispatus LG55-27 can generate secretions such as lactic acid and hydrogen peroxide to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria of genital tract infection, and is used for preventing and/or treating the genital tract flora disorder related diseases.
