Abstract:

Provided are: a laminate film for plant growing which more efficiently obtains circularly polarized light used in plant growth; and an irradiation device for plant growing. The laminate film has a reflective-type linear polarization plate which transmits one linear polarization component of incident light and reflects the other linear polarization component thereof, and a λ/4 plate for converting the linearly polarized light transmitted by the reflective-type linear polarization plate into circularly polarized light. The in-plane retardation at a wavelength of 660nm of the λ/4 plate is 165±40nm.
