Abstract:
Provided is a laminated glass having a P-polarized light reflection film, wherein double image is suppressed so as to improve the visibility of an HUD image. This laminated glass comprises: a first glass plate; a second glass plate; and an intermediate film that is positioned between the first glass plate and the second glass plate so as to adhere the first glass plate and the second glass plate. The laminated glass has, in a portion thereof, a first region which is used by a head-up display. When a surface of the first glass plate positioned on the side opposite the intermediate film is designated as a surface 4, a surface of the first glass plate positioned on the intermediate film side is designated as a surface 3, a surface of the second glass plate positioned on the intermediate film side is designated as a surface 2, and a surface of the second glass plate positioned on the side opposite the intermediate film is designated as a surface 1, in the first region, a P-polarized light reflection film is provided to the surface 4, and a light absorption layer is provided more toward the surface 1 side than the P-polarized reflection film. When the sum of the visible light transmittance of the P-polarized light reflection film and the visible light transmittance of the light absorption layer is Tv%, the sum of the visible light reflectance of the P-polarized light reflection film and the visible light reflectance of the light absorption layer is Rv%, and an absorptivity A=100-Tv-Rv [%], A≥85%. When the sum of the P-polarized light reflectance of the P-polarized light reflection film and the P-polarized light reflectance of the light absorption layer is Rvp% in the case that P-polarized light is incident at an incidence angle of 57 degrees from the side of the P-polarized light reflection film, Rvp≥5%.
