Abstract:
Disclosed is a large double-station fried bean curd filling machine, comprising a machine frame, wherein a driving assembly is mounted inside the machine frame; and a rotary plate mechanism, a lower bag suction assembly, a bag taking assembly, a first clamp opening assembly, a bag opening assembly, a bag opening linkage assembly, a second clamp opening assembly, a feeding and bag pressing assembly, a bag guiding sheet assembly, a bag detection assembly, a non-vacuumizing heat sealing mechanism, a non-vacuumizing discharging and conveying belt, a bag receiving arm assembly, a vacuum rotating assembly and a vacuumizing discharging and conveying belt are mounted on the machine frame. The present invention can achieve automatic grabbing of a packaging bag, automatic bag opening, automatic filling of fried bean curd, automatic vacuumizing of a packaging bag, automatic sealing and packaging, automatic discharging of a non-vacuum package, and automatic discharging of a vacuum package, and the fried bean curd is filled in a rapid, efficient, sanitary, safe, stable and reliable manner.
