Abstract:
This laser beam emission unit 100 is provided with: a laser beam shaping unit 110 to which a laser beam is incident from above and which has a first housing 111 inside which is installed an optical component 140 for shaping the laser beam to a desired shape; and a glass holder 130 to which are attached a plurality of protective glasses 131, 132 having a predetermined interval therebetween. The laser beam emission unit 100 is further provided with a cleaning unit 140 that has a second housing 151 inside which is installed a cleaning mechanism 150 for cleaning the protective glasses 131, 132 attached to the glass holder 130. The glass holder 130 is configured to be moveable between the first housing 111 and the second housing 151.
