Abstract:
Provided is a light source device comprising: a casing (1a); a light source unit (10) arranged at a predetermined height from a bottom surface of the casing (1a); a heating element arranged in the light source unit (10); a heat sink (23) arranged at a predetermined height from the bottom surface of the casing (1a); and a heat pipe (24) connected to the heating element and the heat sink (23), wherein when the bottom surface of the casing (1a) is set as a base surface, the height of the heat sink (23) from the base surface is set to be lower than the height of the light source unit (10) from the base surface.
