Abstract:
A solid-state laser light source is provided with a plurality of semiconductor lasers (2); a solid-state laser (4); a nonlinear material (3) as a wavelength converting element; a reflection coat (5) formed on one plane of the solid-state laser; and a reflection coat (6) formed on one plane of the nonlinear material (3). A laser resonator is configured by arranging the solid-state laser and the wavelength converting element between both of the reflection coats. A plurality of excited sections (8) excited by the semiconductor lasers in the solid-state laser (4) are arranged at intervals of 300μm or more. Thus, interference between lateral modes of laser oscillation is eliminated, and the high-power, stable and small solid-state laser light source which provides stable high power is provided.
