Abstract:
A plurality of recesses (15) are formed in a facing surface of a first block (10), said facing surface facing a second block (20). The recesses (15) are formed in a different region from a region where a laser element (40) is positioned, as viewed from the direction in which the first block (10) and the second block (20) overlap. Spacer members (50) that have an insulating property are positioned in the recesses. Sections of the spacer members (50) protrude from the recesses (15). The spacer members (50) are sandwiched between the first block (10) and the second block (20).
