Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a laser-printed backing and patch that eliminate concerns about seepage of ink and the like into a drug-containing layer, can prevent text and the like becoming illegible due to dissolution of the ink and the like, and have easily discernible text and the like printed on surfaces thereof; and a method for manufacturing a laser-printed backing or patch that enables simple and easy manufacture of a laser-printed patch. The present invention provides: a laser-printed backing 1 including a color-change-inducing oxide and composed of fibers, wherein the color of a portion of a surface of the backing 1 is changed due to the color-change-inducing oxide; and a laser-printed patch formed by layering a backing 1 which includes a color-change-inducing oxide and is composed of fibers, an adhesive layer disposed on one face of the backing 1, and a peel-off liner which covers one face of the adhesive layer, wherein the color of a portion of the backing 1 surface is changed due to the color-change-inducing oxide.
