Abstract:
Provided is a latex that comprises an acid-modified conjugated diene-based polymer, said acid-modified conjugated diene-based polymer being prepared by modifying a conjugated diene-based polymer with an acid group-containing compound, wherein: the content of a structural unit derived from the acid group-containing compound is 0.2-0.7 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the acid-modified conjugated diene-based polymer; the content of a water-soluble polymer in the latex is not more than 2 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the acid-modified conjugated diene-based polymer; when the solid concentration of the latex is adjusted to 60 wt%, the viscosity thereof at a temperature of 25°C is not higher than 800 mPa.s; and, when the solid concentration of the latex is adjusted to 50 wt%, the viscosity thereof at a temperature of 25°C is not higher than 300 mPa.s.
