Abstract:
Provided is a production material of a beverage, and specifically, provided is a deformable latte product mainly playing a decorative role in beverages and a preparation method therefor. The latte product is made of an edible material, the material has shape memory characteristics of thermal driving, water driving or hot water driving, and after pre-deformation treatment, the latte product can be subjected to complete or incomplete deformation recovery due to moisture effect, beverage temperature effect or combined action of the moisture and beverage temperature in the beverage. By using the shape memory effect of thermal/water driving of the edible material, cold and hot water/beverage driving of the deformable latte is realized, and the latte product is simple in operation, saves time and labor, is low in cost, and has low operational technical requirements.
