Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a lead-acid battery that can achieve excellent charge acceptance. The present invention pertains to a lead-acid battery including a negative electrode having a current collector and a negative-electrode material held by the current collector, wherein the negative-electrode material contains a negative-electrode active material and Ketjenblack, and the density of the negative-electrode material is 3 g/cm3 or more.
