Abstract:
A leak current breaker according to the present invention comprises: a connection unit to which electronic equipment is connected; and a leak current breaking unit provided between the connection unit and a power distribution unit connected via a first electric line and a second electric line serving as a neutral line and a phase power line, wherein the leak current breaking unit prevents current leakage due to flooding or the inflow of foreign substances. The leak current breaking unit includes: a case made of an insulator; a power distribution terminal block to which can be connected the first electric line and the second electric line, provided on one side of the case and connected to the power distribution unit and a first ground line connected to a ground part of the power distribution unit; a connection terminal block to which can be connected the first electric line and the second electric line, provided on one side of the case and connected to the connection unit, and a second ground line connected to a ground part of the connection unit; a first coil member which is provided inside the case, and has one side connected to the first ground line coupled to the power distribution terminal block and the other side connected to the second ground line coupled to the connection terminal block; a second coil member which is provided inside the case, spaced a certain distance from the first coil member, and connected to the second ground line coupled to the connection terminal block; and a filler material composed of powder having low electrical conductivity, wherein the filler material fills the inside of the case, collects the leakage current that flows in via the first ground line, and delivers the collected leakage current to the first coil member and the second coil member.
