Abstract:
A leakage detection unit (11) detects a leakage occurring in a conducting path (7). A control unit (12) controls open and close states of each of a first switch (61) and a second switch (62) on the basis of the detection result of the leakage detection unit (11), said first switch (61) being provided in the conducting path (7), said second switch (62) being provided in the conducting path (7) to the storage battery (21) side of the first switch (61). When the leakage detection unit (11) detects the occurrence of a leakage during the charging of the storage battery (21), the control unit (12) brings at least the first switch (61) into the open state. When the leakage detection unit (11) detects the occurrence of a leakage during the discharging of the storage battery (21), the control unit (12) brings at least the second switch (62) into the open state.
