Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an LED device that controls coloration of sealing materials and suppresses a lowering of luminous efficiency even in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.
This LED device includes a substrate, an LED element provided on that substrate, a cerium oxide dispersion composition layer that covers that LED element and contains 0.005 - 0.03 parts by weight cerium oxide to 100 parts by weight of a silicone resin, and a silicone resin that covers the cerium oxide dispersion composition layer.
