Abstract:
Disclosed are an LED display module and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a substrate and an LED light source; fixedly arranging the LED light source on the front face of the substrate; forming an encapsulation layer around the LED light source and on the front face of the substrate; forming a supporting layer on the front face of the encapsulation layer, and causing the supporting layer to have a flat surface; and forming a film coating layer on the front face of the supporting layer. In an LED display module manufactured by means of the manufacturing method of the present application, a supporting layer is added between an encapsulation layer and a film coating layer, the supporting layer has a flat surface, and the flatness of a front face is not affected by an external environment, which may lead to deformation. Therefore, after the film coating layer is stacked on the front face of the supporting layer, it can be ensured that the film coating layer has an ultrahigh flatness, and the film coating layer is prevented from generating wrinkles or fine depressions, such that an expected optical display effect and application performance can be realized.
