Abstract:
An LED downlight, belonging to the technical field of lighting, comprising a reflector (1), an aluminum LED base plate (2) disposed within the reflector (1), a heat sink (3) mounted on the aluminum LED base plate (2), an outer ring (4) fastened to the lower part of the heat sink (3), and a lens (5) mounted on the lower part of the reflector (1). Outer ring trim (6) is installed between the reflector (1) and the outer ring (5). One end of the outer ring trim (6) is fastened to the lens (5), the other end being installed between the heat sink (3) and the outer ring (5). The present LED downlight employs a metal fitting combination of the outer ring and the outer ring trim, improving upon the external structure known in the prior art and reducing the processing steps in automobile production. The present LED downlight effectively reduces costs, improves the selectivity of surface treatment techniques, and improves the performance of LED downlights.
