Abstract:
A left atrial appendage occlusion and ablation device, comprising: a radially retractable first portion (110); and a radially retractable second portion (120) disposed at the proximal end of the first portion (110), the second portion (120) being provided with a first conductive portion (122) for transmitting ablation energy and/or collecting a tissue physiological signal. The first portion (110) is used to be released in the left atrial appendage, so that the first portion (110) can anchor the tissue inner wall of the left atrial appendage, and the second portion (120) is used to be released at a left atrial appendage entrance, so that the second portion (120) can be used to occlude the left atrial appendage entrance to occlude thrombus inside the left atrial appendage, thereby effectively preventing the thrombus from entering the left atrium. In addition, the first conductive portion (122) of the second portion (120) can transmit ablation energy to ablate the left atrial appendage opening, thereby facilitating forming a complete annular zone of ablation at the opening and thus facilitating effectively electrically isolating the left atrial appendage from the left atrium at the left atrial appendage opening and improving the ablation effect.
