A lens driving apparatus (100) which is small in size, large in correction angle and good in hand shake correction, a camera, and an electronic device. The lens driving apparatus (100) comprises a housing (10), the housing (10) has an accommodating space (13), and the accommodating space (13) is provided with a lens module (30), and a supporting frame, supporting members (41), an electromagnetic driving apparatus and a circuit board fixing base (40) for enabling the lens module (30) to rotate freely in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis direction. The electromagnetic driving apparatus is separately provided on the supporting frame and the circuit board fixing base (40) and provided horizontally near the gravity center (31) position of the lens module (30). The supporting frame comprises a first supporting frame (20) and a second supporting frame (21), the first supporting frame (20) and the second supporting frame (21) respectively have different movement axes in a plane, and rotate freely with respect to the circuit board fixing base (40).
