Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a surface acoustic wave resonator and a manufacturing method therefor. The surface acoustic wave resonator comprises a piezoelectric substrate, an interdigital transducer located on a surface of the piezoelectric substrate, and a suppression layer arranged on at least one among the piezoelectric substrate and the interdigital transducer and used for suppressing transverse modes. The surface acoustic wave resonator according to an embodiment of the present application can reduce harmful transverse modes, is simple in structure, and is highly practical.
