Abstract:
Disclosed are a lens processing apparatus and method. The processing apparatus mainly comprises a platform, and a substrate holder (T) and a conical roller assembly that are fixed on the platform and can move with respect to each other. The conical roller assembly comprises a mirror roller (A) and a structural roller (B) that are correspondingly arranged. Stacked annular groove structures are provided on the surface of the structural roller (B). The processing apparatus further comprises a glue injection mechanism (D). A glue injection port of the glue injection mechanism (D) is located in the large-radius area of the structural roller (B). The processing apparatus further comprises a curing mechanism (U). The curing mechanism (U) is disposed below the structural roller (B). Finished products have good appearance and uniformity; the present invention is especially suitable for production and application of large-size display screens, and can improve product yield, reduce the costs, and ensure a good visual effect of the screens.
