Abstract:
A lens processing apparatus and method. The production apparatus mainly comprises a conical roller linkage assembly. The conical roller linkage assembly comprises a loading roller (1), transmission rollers (2), a mirror roller (3), a structural roller (5), and a collection roller (7) with the small-radius ends thereof connected to each other by means of bearings; each conical roller in the conical roller linkage assembly can be circularly moved around its connection end; stacked annular groove structures are provided on the surface of the structural roller (5). The production apparatus further comprises a glue injection circulation mechanism that injects glue into a gap between the mirror roller (3) and the structural roller (5). The production apparatus further comprises a curing mechanism (4) that is disposed below the structural roller (5). Finished products have good appearance and uniformity; the present invention is especially suitable for production and application of large-size display screens, and can improve product yield, reduce the costs and ensure good visual effects of the screens
