Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a level shift circuit and an electronic device. The circuit comprises: a differential signal module, a voltage-withstanding module, a reset module and a signal latch module, wherein a first output end of the differential signal module is connected to a first input end of the voltage-withstanding module, and a second output end of the differential signal module is connected to a second input end of the voltage-withstanding module; a third input end of the voltage-withstanding module is connected to a first output end of the signal latch module, a fourth input end of the voltage-withstanding module is connected to a second output end of the signal latch module, a first output end of the voltage-withstanding module is connected to a first input end of the signal latch module, and a second output end of the voltage-withstanding module is connected to a second input end of the signal latch module; an output end of the reset module is connected to a third input end and a fourth input end of the signal latch module; and the second output end of the signal latch module is an output end of the level shift circuit. By means of the present application, a signal can be transferred between two different voltage domains.
