Abstract:
A level shift circuit (100), comprising: an input end (101), used for providing a level signal to be shifted; an output end (102), used for outputting a level signal obtained after shifting of the level shift circuit; a current mirror (103), connected to the output end and used for shifting the level signal of the input end to be the level signal of the output end; a current reference (104), connected to the current mirror and used for providing a reference current to the current mirror; and a voltage clamping unit (105), connected between the input end and the output end and used for clamping the level signal of the output end at a required level, wherein the current reference provides the reference current and a direct current component voltage to be filtered. The level shift circuit satisfies transformation from a high level signal to a low level signal and meets the requirements of removing a direct current component from a signal containing the direct current component.
