Abstract:
This level-shifting circuit includes: a level information output unit configured to output level information of an input signal; a latch circuit configured to latch the output of the level information output unit by driving between a first voltage and a reference voltage lower than the first voltage; and a voltage control unit configured to increase the first voltage to a first setpoint after the latch of the latch circuit is completed, to increase the reference voltage to a second setpoint when the first voltage reaches the first setpoint, and to increase the first voltage to a third setpoint after the reference voltage has increased to the second setpoint.
