Abstract:
A lid structure and a cooking apparatus. The lid structure is adapted to fit onto a pot to form a heating cavity and comprises: an air guide structure configured inside the lid and comprising an accommodation cavity (1), the accommodation cavity (1) being connected to an air inlet (21) and an air outlet (2), and the bottom side of the accommodation cavity (1) being arranged adjacent to the heating cavity; and a power element disposed in the air guide structure and adapted to propel gas in the accommodation cavity (1) to flow. By configuring the air guide structure inside the lid, and by disposing the power element in the air guide structure, the power element may be used to blow air into the air guide structure, thus propelling gas in the accommodation cavity (1) within the air guide structure to flow. This allows flowing gas to move from the air inlet (21) into the accommodation cavity (1) disposed adjacent to the heating cavity, and then to be discharged from the air outlet (22). Because flowing gas can drive out heat in the accommodation cavity (1) and thereby lower the temperature of the heating cavity, the pressure within the heating cavity can be rapidly reduced. Rapid pressure relief can be achieved without opening a pressure limiting valve, cooker overflow can be effectively avoided and pressure relief time can be shortened, improving user experience.
