Abstract:

A lifestyle habit management device according to an aspect of the present invention is provided with: a biological information acquisition unit that acquires the assessment results of a user's biological information; a biological information fluctuation detection unit that detects fluctuation of the biological information caused by a lifestyle habit to be managed; and a lifestyle habit information generation unit that generates the lifestyle habit information indicating a history of the user's carrying out the lifestyle habit, on the basis of detection result of the fluctuation of the biological information.
