Abstract:
Provided is a system for recommending optimal sleep habits according to a specific scheduled date. A lifestyle habit recommendation device (10) which includes a sample information acquisition unit (11), a scheduled date-setting unit (12), an output interval-setting unit (13), a recommendation information determination unit (14) and an output unit (15), wherein: the sample information acquisition unit (11) acquires execution information, which has been executed by a sample user for each item which is a lifestyle habit indicator, and the activity level thereof, in association with the date; the scheduled date-setting unit (12) sets a scheduled date on which the activity level of a target user is to reach a prescribed value; the output interval-setting unit (13) sets an arbitrary interval which lasts until the scheduled date as the output interval for the lifestyle habit recommendation information; the recommendation information determination unit (14) acquires the date on which the associated sample user activity level equals the prescribed value, and selects the execution information for the number of days of the output interval until the date is reached as the recommendation information during the output interval; and the output unit (15) outputs the recommendation information to the target user.
