Abstract:
This light control panel (1) is provided with: a first substrate (10) that has light transmitting properties; a second substrate (20) that is arranged so as to face the first substrate (10), while having light transmitting properties; a relief layer (60) that is provided on a second substrate (20)-side main surface (11) of the first substrate (10), while having a relief surface (62) on the second substrate (20) side; a first electrode layer (30) that is provided on the relief surface (62), while having light transmitting properties; a second electrode layer (40) that is provided on a first substrate (10)-side main surface (21) of the second substrate (20), while having light transmitting properties; and an electrochromic layer (50) that is arranged between the first electrode layer (30) and the second electrode layer (40) so as to extend along the relief surface (62).
