Abstract:
This light emission device (10) is provided with: a light emission unit (140); a first terminal (203); a second terminal (204); a first wire (191); and a second wire (192). The light emission unit (140) comprises a layered structure which is positioned on a first surface (101) side of a substrate (100), and which includes a first electrode (110), an organic layer (120), and a second electrode (130). The first terminal (203) is positioned at a first end (103) of the substrate (100), and is electrically connected to the first electrode (110) or the second electrode (130). The second terminal (204) is positioned at a second end (104) of the substrate (100) which faces the first end (103), and is connected to the first electrode (110) or the second electrode (130). The first wire (191) is connected to the first terminal (203) so as to extend in a different direction to the second end (104). The second wire (192) is connected to the second terminal (204) so as to extend in a different direction to the first end (103).
