Abstract:
Provided are a light-emitting device and a display device with which it is possible to improve an aperture ratio and which excel in the ability of suppressing a current leak between electrodes, and an electronic apparatus using said display device. The light-emitting device comprises a substrate, a laminate structure, and an electrode relay part. The laminate structure is provided, on the substrate, with a first electrode, a first organic layer, a second electrode, a second organic layer, and a third electrode in the order stated, the second electrode serving as a common electrode corresponding to the first and the third electrodes, a wall surface part being formed that has at least in part a contiguously connected surface connecting a side wall of the first organic layer, a side wall of the second electrode and a side wall of the second organic layer, a side wall insulating layer being provided that covers at least a portion of the wall surface part. The electrode relay part extends from the third electrode to the substrate side and runs through on the outer surface of the wall surface part via the side wall insulating layer.
