Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a light-emitting device having an insulating layer, a light-emitting element that is arranged on a main surface of the insulating layer, includes a light-emitting material, and has a resonator structure, and a lens provided on the light-emitting element, the PL spectrum of the light-emitting material having a first peak with a wavelength of λpl in a visible light region, wherein the light-emitting device is characterized in that in the resonator structure, a resonance peak wavelength λon of an interference spectrum that intensifies light emitted in a direction perpendicular to the main surface, a peak wavelength λEL of an EL light emission emitted via the light-extraction structure, and the λPL satisfy the following formula (1).
