Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a support substrate 10; a light-emitting element 20 arranged upon the support substrate 10 and having a laminated structure having a second semiconductor layer 23 arranged above a first semiconductor layer 21; a light-transmitting substrate 70 arranged above the light-emitting element 20; a first connection electrode 41 arranged in a continuous manner from above a first side surface 101 of the support substrate 10 to above a first side surface 701 of the light-transmitting substrate 70 and electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer 21; and a second connection electrode 42 arranged in a continuous manner from above a second side surface 102 of the support substrate 10 to above a second side surface 702 of the light-transmitting substrate 70 and electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer 23. The present invention is electrically connected to a mounting substrate via second side surfaces of the first connection electrode 41 and the second connection electrode 42, the second side surfaces being opposite first side surfaces facing the support substrate 10 and the light-transmitting substrate 70.
