Title:
LIGHT-EMITTING ELEMENT SUBSTRATE AND LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/002348
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a light-emitting element substrate with which, when treated as a light-emitting device, an approximately equal light discharge in all directions with the light-emitting device at the center thereof is possible, and a light-emitting device. A light-emitting element substrate comprises a substrate proper formed from a sintered body of a glass ceramic composition including glass powder and ceramic powder, further comprising a mounting unit upon the upper surface thereof whereon a light-emitting element is mounted. The difference in refraction rates between the glass powder and the ceramic powder is 0.1 or less. The permeability of visible light which passes from the upper face side of the substrate proper to the lower face side thereof is 80% or greater.
