The present application relates to the technical field of display, and in particular, to a light emitting module, a display panel, and a display device. The light emitting module comprises: a first electrode layer; a near-infrared light emitting layer formed on the first electrode layer and used for emitting near-infrared light; a display light emitting layer formed on the side of the near-infrared light emitting layer facing away from the first electrode layer, stacked with the near-infrared light emitting layer, and comprising at least two visible light emitting pixels of different colors; and a second electrode layer formed on the side of the display light emitting layer facing away from the near-infrared light emitting layer and having a polarity opposite to that of the first electrode layer. The solution can simplify the manufacturing process of a display panel, thereby reducing the processing difficulty of the display panel. (FIG. 2)
