Abstract:
In order to improve the reliability of an LD module without causing a decrease in the coupling efficiency of a laser diode and an optical fiber, this light guide device is mounted on an LD module (1), the light guide device having a division optical system (DM) that generates partial beam groups by dividing a laser beam, and a synthesis optical system (RM1, RM2, PRE, PBC) that synthesizes the partial beam groups and thus generates a partial beam bundle comprising a plurality of partial beams which have an S-axis parallel to a specific spatial axis.
