[Problem] To provide a light radiation system, a light radiation method, a light measurement method, and a light measurement device which are advantageous for the activation of OPN5 in the human retina. [Solution] Said problem is solved via a light radiation system comprising one, or two or more light sources that radiate light having a wavelength of a wavelength band overlapping with a peak wavelength of an OPN5 absorption spectrum, said light radiation system being configured to adjust one, or two or more selected from among the installation position of the light source or light sources, the radiation direction of the light, the wavelength range of the light, the irradiance of the light, the time of day at which the light is irradiated, and the time period for which the light is irradiated. Moreover, said problem can also be solved via a light radiation system comprising a light radiation means comprising the one, or two or more light sources, and a light measurement means with which spectrum data of the light is measured and said spectrum data of the light is compared with the OPN5 absorption spectrum data, said light radiation system being configured so that the installation position of the light source or light sources and the like are adjusted on the basis of the result obtained from said comparison.
