Abstract:
The present invention provides a light source device with which it is possible to increase the uniformity of light output between a plurality of light-emitting elements. The light source device comprises: a substrate having the plurality of light-emitting elements disposed on one main surface thereof; and a cooling plate that is joined to the other main surface of the substrate, and includes a spiral-form flow path therein through which refrigerant flows. The cooling plate includes an inlet port for the refrigerant, an outlet port for the refrigerant, a first flow path connected to the inlet port, the refrigerant flowing from the outside toward the inside of the cooling plate, and a second flow path connected to the first flow path and the outlet port, the refrigerant that passed through the first flow path flowing from the inside toward the outside of the cooling plate. The first flow path and the second flow path are alternately arranged from the outside toward the inside of the cooling plate.
