Abstract:
A light source system (10) has light source modules (20a, 20b, 20c) which each emit a source light having different optical properties from those of the others, and an illumination module (60) from which the light source modules (20a, 20b, 20c) are mechanically detachable. The illumination module (60) has: a light-guide member (73) for guiding the source light, and having optical properties corresponding to the optical properties of one of the source lights; a light-guide member (77) for guiding the source light, and having optical properties which differ from those of the light-guide member (73), and correspond to the optical properties of another of the source lights; and a first photoconversion unit (103) for converting the optical properties of the source light guided by the light-guide member (73), and emitting the source light as first converted light. The center axis of the light-guide member (73) is positioned in parallel with the center axis of the light-guide member (77). The first photoconversion unit (103) is optically connected to the light-guide member (73), and optically separated from the light-guide member (77).
