Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of radio frequency identification (RFID), and in particular, to a light-triggered RFID identification method and system. The method comprises the following two light-triggered RFID access identification modes: a direct light-triggered mode: an RFID reader transmits a continuous pure carrier to provide energy for a tag, and when the tag having a light sensing detection device circuit receives a certain intensity of illumination, the tag is directly triggered to send tag information including an ID number to the reader; and a command light-triggered mode: when the tag having the light sensing detection device circuit receives a reading command of the reader, the reader is not responded immediately, and only when the certain intensity of illumination is received, the tag is triggered to send the tag information including the ID number to the reader. The present invention can convert an optical signal into an electric signal and trigger tag access identification of an RFID system, and in a multi-tag intensive reading application, the tag can be quickly identified, positioned, and bound, thereby effectively avoiding missed reading and channeling of the tag, improving the sorting and positioning efficiency, and reducing the application cost of the RFID system.
