A pump body assembly, a compressor and a refrigeration apparatus. The pump body assembly is used for the compressor, and comprises a crankshaft (10) and an auxiliary machine frame (40), wherein a mounting hole (41) is provided in the auxiliary machine frame (40), and one end of the crankshaft (10) is rotatably embedded in the mounting hole (41). The pump body assembly further comprises a bearing assembly (20), wherein the bearing assembly (20) is mounted on the mounting hole (41), and the bearing assembly (20) is provided with a first bearing bush (21), a ball (22) and a second bearing bush (23), which are sequentially arranged in an axial direction of the mounting hole (41), the first bearing bush (21) being in clearance fit with an inner wall surface of the mounting hole (41), the second bearing bush (23) being fixedly connected to the auxiliary machine frame (40), and the crankshaft (10) being fixedly connected to the first bearing bush (21). The bearing assembly (20) serves the function of supporting the crankshaft (10), so as to reduce the frictional resistance between the crankshaft (10) and the auxiliary machine frame (40), thereby preventing the crankshaft (10) from moving axially.
